Checking Temperature In Expansion Pipe

Ignition off.
- Touch the pipe before the expansion pipe.
  NOTE: The expansion pipe is in the engine compartment. The evaporator input (the narrow pipe) should be cold. The pipe before the expansion pipe should be warm.

Is the pipe before the expansion pipe warm?
