Checking the Fuse And the Cable

Check fuse and cable between data link connector (DLC) terminal 16 and battery positive terminal for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults and a short-circuit to ground according to Short-Circuit To Ground, Permanent Faults .
