Checking Drainage

HINT: If condensate and moisture cannot be drained out of the climate control unit it can cause misting on the interior glass of the car and possibly cause an odor in the passenger compartment.
Check the drainage hose is correctly installed, is intact and is not blocked. The hose is installed in front of the center console under the climate control system.
To access the hose, bend floor carpet down and remove the carpet support plate.
Remedy as necessary.
