The fault is permanent

Possible Source

Open-circuit on power supply to MCC control module #A4.
Open-circuit or short-circuit voltage on the signal cables between MCC-control module #A1, #A2, #A3, #A5 and fan resistor terminal 2, 6, 4, 1.
Open-circuit on power supply between MCC control module #A6 and blower fan.
Open-circuit on power supply or ground lead to blower fan.
Blower fan or blower fan resistor disconnected.
Contact resistance in terminals.
Defective blower fan.
Defective blower fan resistor.

Fault symptom[s]

Blower fan does not operate.
Blower fan runs at one speed only.
