No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored.
The fault is permanent

Possible Source

Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or supply on signal cable between ECC control module #A15 and power unit #A1.
Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or supply on signal cable between ECC control module #A5 and power unit #A3.
Open-circuit on power supply or ground lead to blower fan.
Blower fan or power unit disconnected.
Contact resistance in terminals.
Defective power unit.

Fault symptom[s]

Blower fan does not operate.
Blower fan runs at one speed only.
