General Information About Programming

The ECC control module can be programmed with certain information. The purpose of the programming is to adjust the control module to the car version or when the requests of the driver for certain adjustments to the settings.

For more information about the values, see Description Of ECC Programmed Data .

• Set the blower fan speed selector switch to AUTO.

Programming procedure 

Select the desired setting from the list box and then press Continue to program the different settings and to receive more information about the different alternatives.

Other procedures: 

1. Begin the programming procedure. Make one setting at a time. Work from the top of the list box to the bottom. Refer to Programming Driver Position (LHD or RHD)  and select a programming alternative.
2. Read off all programmed alternatives. Refer to Reading Off the Programmed Values .
3. Exit without programming. OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.
