Signal Too High: Verification

Ignition off.
Reinstall connectors, components etc.
Disconnect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) from the VIDA station. Use it in stand alone mode and connect it to the data link connector (DLC) in the car.
Ignition on.
Go into scrolling values.
Read off the temperature in the passenger compartment.
Check that the temperature reading obtained is correct. Compare with the actual air temperature. If diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored with permanent fault displayed substitute value approximately 22°C.

YES
