Checking cables

Check fuse 18.
HINT: If the fuse is blown, check the circuit after fuse 18 for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults , then replace fuse.
Check the cable between ignition switch #S and fuse 18, and the cable between fuse 18 and control module #B10 for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .
Remedy as necessary.
