Ignition off.
Check connector #2 and #1 for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults , short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Connect an ohmmeter between connector #5 and ground. Measure for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
