Replacement Of Pre-Heating Thermostat In the Air Cleaner Housing: Method: Remove

Remove:

air cleaner cover
air cleaner

Remove thermostat from preheater assembly

Press cover plate with thermostat against preheater door and lift in the direction of the arrow.

Remove the old thermostat and install the new thermostat in the cover plate.

Reinstall cover plate and the new thermostat in preheater assembly.

Reinstall:

Air cleaner
Air cleaner cover
