Remove Drive Shaft From Transmission

Remove the bearing cap from the drive shaft support bearing.

Withdraw the drive shaft from the transmission.

Insert a plastic plug in the drive shaft hole.

NOTE: Take care not to damage the sealing ring in the transmission or the boot on the drive shaft.
