Remove the gearbox cables from the levers on the gearbox

Remove:

the locking for the inner cable. Pull it upwards
the cable from the bracket
the 2 screws for the bracket
the lever for the outer cable
the connector
the 2 screws for the cable harness clamps.

Tie up the cables.
