Install Steering Wheel

CAUTION: Do not turn the steering wheel when the contact reel is locked as the contact reel pin will break off.

Pull the cabling and the contact reel through the hole in the steering wheel.
Install the steering wheel straight, without turning it.
CAUTION: The steering wheel must be installed in the correct position in relation to front wheel alignment.
Check that the steering wheel was installed straight.
If the steering wheel was not installed straight, it must not be turned on the steering column. Remove it carefully without turning it and try again.
