Removal Of Cover (With Passenger Module)

NOTE: Screws marked 1 and 2 in the figure must be removed in accordance with operation Removing .

Remove mounting screws (9 x Torx 25) from the cover as follows.

Remove

cover and screws (2) on each A pillar.
screws (1) above left side defroster dashboard vent.
screws (2) above the combined instrument.
screws (2) above center dashboard vents.
screws (2) above the glove compartment.
cover (with passenger module).

CAUTION: If a cover with a non deployed passenger module is removed temporarily, it should be placed top uppermost in a protected place.
