Removing Soundproofing Panel And Knee Bolster

NOTE: The figure shows the driver's side. The method of replacing the knee bolster is basically the same on both sides.

Remove

soundproofing panel, (3 x Torx 25).
knee bolster, (3 x 13 mm nuts).
The knee bolster may still be secure when the nuts have been removed.

HINT: If the knee bolster is still secure, pry it loose from the outer edge.
