If the Removed SIPS Bag Is To Be Scrapped

Check that the transport lock is fitted on the sensor unit.
Secure the SIPS bag cushion module's assembly bracket in a vice, so that the cushion is directed away from the sensor unit.

Make sure that the cushion module is fitted correctly in the vice and that there are no loose parts around the SIPS bag.

Remove the transport lock from the sensor unit.
Stand so that the cushion is directed away from the sensor unit. Stand as far from the cushion module as possible.
Hit the middle of the sensor unit with a hammer.
