Checking the Connectors And Cables

Check control module and heater 6-pin connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact Resistance And Oxidation .
Check any damage etc.
Check cable between control module #5 and generator (GEN) D+ terminal for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-Circuit To Ground, Permanent Faults .
Remedy as necessary.
