Installing the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler

NOTE:

When installing the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)cooler, ensure that the steel seal and clamp for the cooler flexible hose are located correctly.

Install:

The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler. Use 2 x M10 and 1 x M8 screws. Tighten to light contact. Tighten
the hose to the intake manifold
the coolant hoses
the connector for the radiator valve.

Tighten the clamp for the flexible hose.
