Removing the steering wheel

Remove the driver's airbag module. See Airbag Driver And Passenger (SRS), Replacing .

NOTE: Ensure that the steering wheel is horizontal.

Remove:

the bolt from the home position. Secure the contact reel
the bolt for the steering wheel - steering column
the steering wheel.

HINT: Route the connectors through the hole in the steering wheel one by one.
