Seat Removal

Remove:

Fig 1: Identifying Side Panel, Seat Rail Panel, And Seat Rail Bolts

Head restraint.
Side compartment (A). Lift up front edge and press backward.
Seat belt from seat mounting (bolt on outside of seat)
Panel (B) over front edge of seat rail
4 securing screws (C) in seat rails
Heater pad connector (under seat).
Lift seat straight up (locating pins in front and rear edges).

Install:

In reverse order.

NOTE:

The outer rear mounting bolt (C) is tightened last. Failure to do so may result in the seat being incorrectly installed.

Unsecure seat belt tensioner.

Tightening torques:

Seats/floor:40 10 Nm

Seat belt:20 5 Nm
