Installing gaiter, nut, bolt and locking lugs

Install:

gaiter to steering wheel column joint/body opening. Make sure that gaiter is properly in place. Press gaiter circlip home and bend back top of gaiter.
steering wheel column to steering wheel shaft. Use new locking nut. Tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lb). Install locking lugs.
