Non deployed airbag modules/pyrotechnical seat belt tensioners must not be deployed either in place in the car or when removed.

WARNING:
Airbag modules/pyrotechnical seat belt tensioners must never be taken apart, repaired or transferred to another vehicle.
WARNING:
Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instrument to take readings on a disconnected non deployed airbag/pyrotechnical seat belt tensioner. This could deploy the airbag/pyrotechnical seat belt tensioner.
Replaced airbag modules/pyrotechnical seat belt tensioners should be returned to Volvo in accordance with current procedures.
