Check the Yellow Cable For Power Supply To the Blower Fan

Ignition off
Start the heater
Find the 2-pin yellow connector (with a yellow and green cable) under the dashboard near the fan housing.

- Connect a voltmeter to the yellow cable at terminal 1 and to ground (the black cable on the fan housing for example).
  NOTE: The connector should be installed.

The voltmeter should read battery voltage (which may be 11 V if the heater is in the glow phase).
