IMM-112 Control module
Condition
The control module checks the EEPROM memory circuit for certain entries to the EEPROM memory. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) IMM-112 is stored if there are any faults in the memory circuit. Faults which cause diagnostic trouble code (DTC) IMM-112 to be stored can also cause diagnostic trouble code (DTC) IMM-121 to be stored.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is erased when the counter value reaches 254.

- Fault in the control module memory circuit.
Fault symptom[s]
- The control module does not approve or cannot read the PIN when programming.
- New keys cannot be programmed.
- The engine starts occasionally, but not with a fault in a certain memory cell. May be possible to start with certain of the customers keys.
