Checking the signal cable

Ignition off.
Connect breakout box and check ground terminals.
Connect an ohmmeter between terminal #19 (B19) on the breakout box and EVAP canister shut-off valve connector terminal 2.

The ohmmeter should read approximately 0 Ω.
