Remove camshaft pulleys

- the engine cooling fan (FC) and the intake manifold.
- the radiator hose from the thermostat housing
- the camshaft pulleys, use counterhold 9995199 mark up the pulleys (inlet/outlet)
- the inner timing cover screw
