Checking communication cable to adapter box

Ignition on.
Connect Volvo Scan Tool (ST) to data link connector (DLC).
Separate Scan Tool (ST) wiring at the adapter box.

- Connect an ohmmeter between the 25-pin connector terminal 5 (data link connector (DLC) side) and ground.

The voltmeter should read 9-11 V.
