Checking adapter box signal ground

Ignition off.
Connect Volvo Scan Tool (ST) wiring to data link connector (DLC).
Volvo Scan Tool (ST) cabling disconnected from adapter box.
Connect an ohmmeter between the 25-pin connector terminal 14 (data link connector (DLC) side) and ground

The ohmmeter should read 0 Ω.
