Checking cables and relay

Check cable between air conditioning (A/C) system relay base #3 and magnetic clutch for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults
HINT: With ignition on and the cable connected between 1 and 3 in the A/C relay base the magnetic clutch should be activated.
Other information:
- Air conditioning (A/C) relay base #1 is supplied with power from the system relay via fuse 11B/16
- The air conditioning (A/C) relay base #3 is connected to the magnetic clutch
