Information on GPS reception

NOTE:

There can be discrepancies in the car's position on the road map even if the system is otherwise fault free.

If the car is driven among high buildings or parked in a garage contact with the GPS satellites may be lost, as will the correct map position.

Before staring any tests check with the customer if the car has been in an area where contact with the GPS satellites may have been lost thus affecting the performance of the RTI system.

This could be a reason for the problem.
