Installing ignition switch

Install ignition switch

Turn the ignition key to position I. Depress lug. Install the ignition switch.

NOTE:

Ensure that you secure the ignition switch to the steering column using the guide lugs (not illustrated).

Tighten ignition switch mounting screws. Tighten carefully first to ensure that the ignition switch is correctly located. Then remove the screws. Use socket 45 TX (TORX E8).

Install contact plate on the ignition switch connector
