Install steering column

Hang steering column in the cut-out in the cowl

Locate the long mounting screws (1) in the cowl. Tighten to 50 Nm .

Install lower steering shaft joint

Install screw (2), and lock nut in the lower steering shaft mounting on the joint. Tighten the nut to 30 Nm .

NOTE:

Use a new screw and lock nut for the joint.
