Table Of Control Module Connector Terminals

Wheel sensor, right rear Breakout box #1 Breakout box #17 Connect voltmeter (AC).
Rotate right rear wheel  .
An alternating current is generated, and voltage increases with the speed of the wheel.
Min 150 mV AC at a wheel speed of 1 r/s
Wheel sensor, left rear Breakout box #2 Breakout box #10 Connect voltmeter (AC).
Rotate left rear wheel  .
An alternating current is generated, and voltage increases with the speed of the wheel.
Min 150 mV AC at a wheel speed of 1 r/s
Wheel sensor, right front Breakout box #3 Breakout box #18 Connect voltmeter (AC).
Rotate right front wheel  .
An alternating current is generated, and voltage increases with the speed of the wheel.
Min 150 mV AC at a wheel speed of 1 r/s
Wheel sensor, left front Breakout box #4 Breakout box #11 Connect voltmeter (AC).
Rotate left front wheel  .
An alternating current is generated, and voltage increases with the speed of the wheel.
Min 150 mV AC at a wheel speed of 1 r/s
EBD pressure switch Breakout box #5 Breakout box #7 Connect ohmmeter.
The pressure switch opens if braking is hard.
Depress brake pedal and check value
Not influenced: approximately 0 Ω
Influenced: infinite resistance
Combined instrument panel speed signal Breakout box #6 Connector 24/13C:1 Connect an ohmmeter between #6 on the breakout box and connector 24/13C terminal 1. approximately 0 Ω
Ground Breakout box #8 Connector 1/1 Connect an ohmmeter between #8 on the breakout box and connector 1/1 (ground terminal). approximately 0 Ω
Power supply from fuse 11/14 Breakout box #9 11 14:, fuse 3 Remove fuse 11/14. Connect an ohmmeter between #9 on the breakout box and fuse 11/14 terminal 3. approximately 0 Ω
For the 850 diesel fuse 11A/4 Breakout box #9 Fuse 11A/4 Remove fuse 11A/4. Connect an ohmmeter between #9 on the breakout box and fuse 11A/4 approximately 0Ω
Data link connector (DLC) Breakout box #13 Data link connector (DLC) 17/13:7 Connect an ohmmeter between #13 on the breakout box and data link connector (DLC) 17/13 terminal 7. approximately 0 Ω
Combined instrument panel, ABS warning lamp Breakout box #16 Connector 24/13D:3 Connect an ohmmeter between #16 on the breakout box and connector 24/13D terminal 3. approximately 0 Ω
Power supply from fuse 11/29 Breakout box #23 Fuse 11/29:2 Remove fuse 11/29. Connect an ohmmeter between #23 on the breakout box and fuse 11/29 terminal 2. approximately 0 Ω
Ground Breakout box #24 Connector 1/1 Connect an ohmmeter between #24 on the breakout box and connector 1/1 (ground terminal). approximately 0 Ω
Power supply from fuse 11/9 Breakout box #25 Fuse 11/9:2 Remove fuse 11/9. Connect an ohmmeter between #25 on the breakout box and fuse 11/9 terminal 2. approximately 0 Ω
For the 850 diesel fuse 11A/4 Breakout box #25 Fuse 11A/4 Remove fuse 11A/4. Connect an ohmmeter between fuse #25 on the breakout box and fuse 11A/4 approximately 0Ω
Stop (brake) lamp switch Breakout box #12 Breakout box #8 Connect a voltmeter between #12 and #8 on the breakout box.
Stop (brake) light switch closes when braking.
Depress brake pedal and check value
Not influenced: approximately 0 V
Influenced: approximately battery voltage

Breakout box #15 TRACS switch 3/95:1 Connect an ohmmeter between #15 on the breakout box and TRACS switch 3/95 terminal 1. approximately 0 Ω
