Install the right drive shaft in the transmission

CAUTION: Take care not to damage the sealing ring in the transmission or the boot on the drive shaft.

Install the bearing cap. Tighten to 25 Nm .

Right-hand drive cars only:

Install:

The nut for the collision protection and the sub-frame. Tighten to 50 Nm . Use a new nut
The collision protection over the steering gear. Two screws. Tighten to 80 Nm .
