Splashguard for air intake: Notes

In certain markets water and snow have penetrated the air cleaner (ACL) via the air intake. A splashguard that protects the air intake has been introduced into production. This splashguard is now available as a replacement part for customers. The splashguard is screwed onto the plastic grille.

The air intake on turbocharged engines must be replaced with the one used on normally aspirated engines.
