Secure cable harness in bumper rail

Reinstall the bumper railing in the bumper cover
Pull up the cable harness (1) from the hole (2) for the sensor in the bumper rail
Press the bumper rail into place in the bumper cover, ensure that all catches engage
Secure the cable harness in the bumper rail using pieces of butyl tape (3).
