Removing The Drive Shaft

Pull out the spring strut and remove the drive shaft from the hub. Hold the spring strut to one side using a retaining strap for more space when removing the transmission.

Remove the drive shaft from the transmission. Use jimmy tool 9995462 .

Install sealing plug 9995488 in the transmission.
