Installing the Spring Strut

Install the spring strut in the bodywork using new nuts. Tighten. See Tightening torque .

• Install the spring strut on the wheel spindle. Use new screws and new nuts
• Adjust the spring strut and wheel spindle to the measured value.

Tighten, see Tightening Torque . Use protractor 9512050 .

Install: 

• the anti-roll bar link to the spring strut. Use a new nut. Tighten. See Tightening Torque .

  Counterhold using a Torx wrench to prevent damage to the boot.

• The ABS sensor cable in the bracket
• the wheel. See Installing Wheels .

Check and adjust the headlamps in accordance with Headlamps, Aligning .
