Installing the Anti-Roll Bar

When replacing the rear anti-roll bar 

Transfer the inner mountings to the new anti-roll bar.

Install: 

• the anti-roll bar
• the screws holding the anti-roll bar in the sub-frame. Tighten. See Tightening Torque
• the anti roll bar outer mountings. Tighten. See Tightening Torque . Counterhold the ball joint so as not to damage the boot.

Install: 

• parking brake cable mounting. Tighten to 25 Nm 
• the exhaust pipe. Tighten the six mounting points. See Tightening Torque .
  NOTE: Install a new flange gasket.
• the spring strut. See Spring Strut Rear, Replacing .
