Install the cable for the ignition switch interlock (only automatic transmission)
Applies to cars with automatic transmissions
- Move the gear selector lever to position P
- Move the ignition key to position I
- Press the mechanical cable into the ignition switch and feel to see that it is correctly secured
- Remove the ignition key and check that the gear selector lever is blocked in P position.
