Replacing outer head restraint
Remove:
- the side pieces: Pull straight up.
- upholstery: Pull the upholstery/trim straight up.
- two head restraint screws.
Thread the head restraint through the hole in the foam/upholstery.
Disconnect the connector.
Replace head restraint.
Install:
In reverse order.
Press in the connector as late as possible.
Ensure that the cable does not come between the head restraint cassette and backrest frame.
NOTE:
Ensure that the upholstery/foam is correctly adjusted and there are no ridges etc.
