Removing the seat rail, right hand side

Remove the seat from the car. See Removing power seats, tilting .

Remove: 

• the seat belt buckle. See Seat belt buckle 
• the two screws
• the tension spring
  WARNING:

  Be careful when the spring releases. There is considerable force in the spring.

• two plus two screws.

Remove the rail from the bracket and cross member.

Remove the seat rail.
