Replacing seat rail

Remove: 

• the front seat according to Lifting the front seats in and out .
• the seat belt buckle according to Seat belt buckle .

• the connectors and wiring from the cross stay.

• the two screwed joints in the cross stay.

• one nut from the front height adjuster mounting.

• the outer nut.

Pull straight out.

Angle the rail and the seat base so that they come apart.

Replace the seat rail.

Install: 

In reverse order.
