Glove Compartment, Replacing

Remove the soundproofing panel on the passenger side. See Replacing the Passenger Side Soundproofing Panel .

Open the glove compartment.

Slide the two hooks on each side past the tabs.

Remove the gas strut by pulling it straight out.

Remove: 

• ten screws
• the connector for the glove compartment lighting
• the connector for the foot well lighting
• the glove compartment.

Install: 

In reverse order.

Transfer those components that do not need to be replaced.
