Disconnecting The Passenger Side Airbag (SRS)

Disconnect the connector (1).

Install the adapter on the disconnected 4-pin connector. Check that the catch on the connector is locked.

Place the plastic bag supplied over the connector. Close the bag around the connector. Seal the bag using tape.

Apply foam rubber protection to the outside of the plastic bag. The foam rubber protection acts as a shock absorber.
