Installing the viscous coupling housing and coupling

Position the new final drive on a workbench. Support the front with a wooden block.

Lubricate the pinion seal lip with wheel bearing grease (P/N 1161241-3).

Install the unit. Tighten the screws. Tighten to 25 Nm  .
