Diagnostic testing of the lock-up function in the control system

Measure the pressure by connecting the T piece between the oil cooler and the return hose.

Tools:

Oil pressure gauge 9992531

T pipe (adapter) 9997002

Preparations

For transmission temperature, see VIDA vehicle communication.

Connect the pressure gauge hose to the T piece.

Tighten the screw. Tighten to 25 Nm.

Disconnect the oil pipe from the oil cooler.

Collect any oil that flows out.

Connect the T piece to the oil cooler (push it into place).

Connect the oil hose to the T piece.
