Removing the drive shaft from the viscous coupling

Use jimmy bar 9995395 .

Position the tool between the drive shaft and the viscous coupling.

Gently tap the tool so that the drive shaft is released from the viscous coupling.

NOTE:

Remove the drive shaft first.

Remove the viscous coupling from the transaxle.

NOTE:

There will be a little oil left in the viscous coupling.
