Installing The Manifold

Install new gaskets.

Lubricate the threads of the studs and heated oxygen sensors with paste 116 1408 before installation.

Install

the manifolds. Use new nuts. Tighten to 25 Nm .
the heat deflector plate.
the heated oxygen sensors. Tighten to 45 Nm .

Plug in the heated oxygen sensor connectors.

Install the heated oxygen sensor cables with clips and clamps.
