Installing The Cylinder Head

- Ensure that all studs at the exhaust ports are tightened
- Lubricate the studs with paste 116 1408.
- Install a new cylinder head gasket
- Install the cylinder head
- Lubricate and install all the screws (use new screws).
- Tighten the screws as illustrated. Tighten. See Summary of specific components and tightening torques . Use protractor 9512050 .
